Nominees Announced for the 2020 Billboard Music Awards

The nominations for the upcoming 2020 Billboard Music Awards were announced Tuesday with Post Malone racking up 16 nominations in 15 different categories, making him the most nominated artist at this year’s show. Post Malone is up for Top Artist, Top Rap Artist, and more.

Artists also decorated in nominations are first-time BBMAs nominee, Lil Nas X with 13 nominations, as well as Billie Eilish and Khalid tying with 12.

The 2020 Billboard Music Awards was originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 22nd, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The show is rescheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 14th, 2020, and for the third year in a row, Kelly Clarkson will be hosting the event, live from NBC.

Artists also receiving nominations this year include Kanye West, Lizzo, Jonas Brothers, and DaBaby.
