Ellie Goulding Announces Song for Divergent Soundtrack
During her appearance on Good Morning America earlier today, Ellie Goulding confirmed a brand new song that would show up on the soundtrack for the upcoming film, Divergent! But it is to MTV News that she revealed any further information. The track is titled “Beating Heart” and will be showcased alongside cuts from her sophomore album, Halcyon (“Don’t Say A Word”, “Dead In The Water”) as well as some “instrumental vocal stuff”. The aforementioned instrumental tracks were recorded with the help of an orchestra, with Goulding commenting that the music they made will definitely surprise everyone (her fans included)… both in the way it sounds, and the way it will be used in the movie. Divergent is set to hit theaters this March.
