NEWS: Kodaline cancels US/Canada tour

After only canceling a few dates of tour after bassist, Jason, suffered an arm injury, Kodaline has announced today that they must cancel the entirety of the tour.

According to a Facebook post via Kodaline, Jason was in some kind of accident in which he broke his wrist, and it has not healed properly after surgery, resulting in another major surgery. His doctors have recommended that he avoids traveling and being on tour.

The post included a comment from Jay which read, “So I hurt myself a few weeks ago in a silly accident I am working on getting my arm back to full strength as soon as humanly possible to get back on the road. Thanks to the lads for their support so far and see you all soon!”

The Dublin-based band was set to head out on a full US/Canada tour in early October. The band posted on Facebook, “We are so sorry to disappoint all of you but we will reschedule this tour ASAP and can’t wait to come back early next year, bigger, better and stronger with our new album!”
