NF Releases New Single + Music Video for “Time”

Ahead of his upcoming album, The Search, the fast rising rapper NF has released a music video and new single titled “Time.”

“Time” is the third single to be released prior to the album, and to be paired with a video. Known for his honest and heartbreaking lyrics, the Michigan rapper literally turns back time in his music video. He shows his listeners and viewers how time affects relationships. The video begins with the breakup of a couple, showing a girl running out of a house and into her car, bags packed and being followed by a guy. The music video switches with the beat, and plays in reverse. Showing the downfall of the relationship as time went on, while rewinding the first moments this couple shared moving into their new home together and even meeting for the first time. Matching the emotion behind his lyrics and vocals, NF perfectly represents and pairs the feeling in his songs through his use of visuals and music videos.

The Search is NF’s fourth studio album, following 2017’s breakout and highly praised record Perception. The album is out July 26, with a U.S. tour to follow in September and October of 2019.
