Mac Miller’s Estate Announces New Album, ‘Circles’

Earlier this week, Mac Miller’s parents revealed the release of a posthumous album, titled ‘Circles’, which is set to release on January 17th. The Pittsburgh rapper was working ‘Circles’, which is set to be a companion to his latest album, ‘Swimming’, before he passed away in 2018. 

Fans were given a taste of the upcoming album with a single release, “Good News”, a mellow track that couples Millers singing with a deep instrumental, which differs from his signature self-production, lo-fi rapping.  

Jon Brion, who helped produce and engineer ‘Swimming’, was working with Miller on ‘Circles’ before his passing and has helped to bring the album to completion. During the week leading to the release, three pop exhibitions will open in Los Angeles, New York, and naturally, Pittsburgh, to celebrate Millers legacy while allowing fans to enjoy an exclusive first listen and merchandise for the new release. 

All proceeds from the pop up exhibitions will be donated to The Mac Miller Fund, which helps support youth struggling with addition, as well as providing resources for the arts and community building.
