Alexander Nate Drops New Single “Save This Dance For Me”
Alexander Nate released his newest single “Save This Dance For Me.”
The R&B artist looks to cherish and remember the moments he has with a girl he’s in love with in this chill track. Nate’s delicate and dreamy vocals take center stage in this emotional song as we feel every word he sings.
He also decided to turn up the heat with the music video. The creative and cinematic visual features Nate and a female dancer performing a contemporary dance routine that perfectly complements the theme of the song. It is a strong visual that enhances the story by weaving and integrating song and dance. It’s absolutely captivating to watch.
Nate talks about the inspiration behind the single in a press release:
“It’s about the time I met her, asking her to save this dance for me before the end of the night. Hold on to every moment.” He elaborates, “Moving into the second verse I’m expressing to her, if things become hard, if you remember anything from the time we have together, could you save THIS dance for me?”
The song picks up where his EP, bluejay, left off after he falls in love. The six-track project includes fan favorites such as “Sweet Virginia” and “bluejay.”
The Virginia native is giving us his heart and soul with every track he makes. His music is unique as he beautifully blends R&B, Soul with Pop elements in each song. On top of this, his rich and soulful vocals are always a highlight and what truly makes him special.
Nate continues to impress with each release and we can’t wait to see what else he has in store.
