New Music Friday: April 8, 2022

Friday is finally here and that means new music! Brand new releases from Charlie Puth, Jack Harlow, Lauv and more! Check out our top 10 releases from today in our New Music Friday guide below!

“First Class” – Jack Harlow

The highly-anticipated Fergie sampled-single is definitely one to get you ready for summer and a new staple on your playlists.

“That’s Hilarious” – Charlie Puth

Taking inspiration from his own breakup, one of the most vulnerable tracks Puth has released. Definitely one of our favorites.

“Happier in Hell” – Royal & the Serpent

An emotional and honest track about the difficulties of sobriety and mental health. A guitar-driven single that’s definitely one of the alt/pop singers’ most personal thoughts.

“All 4 Nothing (I’m So In Love)” – Lauv

Another bop from the king of pop love songs himself. The upbeat track about not wanting to lose the spark in love and letting all the anxiety of falling in love go.

“That’s Where I Am” – Maggie Rogers

Her first release since 2019, and now lead single from her upcoming sophomore album, Surrender, Rogers is back and with a new sound we’re obsessed with.

“life is funny” – ROLEMODEL

From his debut album Rx, the exuberant single is all about the facade people are able to put on and not knowing who a person really may be.

“In My Head” – Michigander & Manchester Orchestra

Teaming up with the indie rock band for an electrifying new track that will surely be in our heads the rest of the week.

“Power” – Marc E. Bassy

Teasing his new album, Bassy delivers with a sexy new R&B influenced track for the ladies.

“sunburn” – almost monday

The alt-pop trio’s first single of the year, dropping a fresh, upbeat and addicting track perfect for your summer playlist.

“Romeo & Juliet” – Peach Martine

Inspired by Shakespeare’s infamous couple, it’s a fiery, energetic anthem from the rising artist. A scream at the top of your lungs type of song.

Which of these will you be adding to your favorite playlists today? Any we missed?
