On Saturday, March 9th at the iconic Bowery Ballroom in New York City, K.Flay brought the house down on her MONO: Live in Stereo 2024 Headline Tour. 

K.Flay has had an unprecedented last 8 months after finding out she was losing her hearing in her right ear. The journey through this, along with other hardships she’s faced and overcome, are what inspired the songs on her latest album MONO. She said, “I started making this record as a person with two working ears. I finished it with only one”. 

K.Flay never fails to deliver a memorable performance and inspiring message. Some fans in the crowd had traveled hundreds of miles to see her, and many had seen her over a handful of times throughout the years. K.Flay has an incredibly loyal fanbase, and after capturing her show, it’s clear why. 

She kicked off the night with the tracks Are You Serious, Raw Raw, and Can’t Sleep. The songs FML, Blood in the Cut, and High Enough ignited the crowd, sending waves of energy rippling through the venue. As the concert drew to a close, it was clear that K.Flay had left an indelible mark on everyone lucky enough to witness her performance that night. She even orchestrated a powerful moment of silence, a near impossible feat in New York City. As the final chords echoed through the Bowery Ballroom, it was impossible not to feel a sense of gratitude for having been a part of such a transformative evening.
