1. Yellowcard Announce Breakup

Known for their song “Ocean Avenue,” the band Yellowcard have officially announced their breakup. They will release their final album and go out on a world tour before breaking up. You can read their full statement here, and watch the music video for their new single, “Rest in Peace” below.

2. Twenty One Pilots Release Music Video for “Heathens”

Last week, Twenty One Pilots released their song for the Suicide Squad movie, “Heathens.” This week, the duo released the music video, which features clips from the movie.

3. Melanie Martinez Announces Tour Dates

4. The Maine Release Cover Album

The Maine have released their second cover album, Covers (Side B). The EP features covers of “Hold on, We’re Going Home” by Drake, “Love Yourself” by Justin Bieber, “Bitch Better Have My Money” by Rihanna and “You’re Still the One” by Shania Twain. You can listen to the album on Spotify here.

5. Fall Out Boy Release “Ghostbusters (I’m Not Afraid)” featuring Missy Elliott

Fall Out Boy released their version of the Ghostbusters theme song for the upcoming movie. The cover is quite different from the original and features a verse by Missy Elliott. A lot of people really hate the cover, what do you think?
