Beyond The Stage

Last night we had the opportunity to see Never Shout Never perform on their Throwback Tour in Pittsburgh, PA. NSN usually does play “throwbacks” in concert but this tour was dedicated to all the old tunes. People came from all around to see their teen idol Chris Drew play his cutesy songs on his ukulele, but what they got was much more. The band plays their songs, even if acoustic or uke, as a full band in many different styles ranging from blues to reggae. The band’s live performance is basically like a fun jam session with friends, and is so much fun. The audience were singing along to every word, dancing and waving their hands.
