The War On Drugs’ “Thinking of a Place” Tour Announcement

The War on Drugs has just announced a world tour, following the release of their new single “Thinking of a Place” which dropped yesterday.

Their tour will kick off this September in Philadelphia, the band’s hometown, before heading through North America and Europe.  Check out The War on Drugs’ official website for more details and info on how to purchase tickets.

“Thinking of a Place” is the band’s first new music since their breakthrough album Lost in the Dream in 2014.  It is also the first release since signing to Atlantic Records in March.  “Thinking of a Place” is a hypnotic 11-minute long track that features ambient synth, harmonica, and hazy guitar solos.
