Ava Max Drops “Freaking Me Out” and “Blood, Sweat & Tears”

Cover star Ava Max dropped not one, but two singles this past week. Max premiered “Freaking Me Out” by performing it live on Entertainment Tonight. “Blood, Sweat & Tears” was released just one day beforehand. There are no visuals to pair with the singles, however, Max did drop the official lyric videos for both songs.

Ava Max was our stunning July cover artist, which gave us the amazing opportunity to interview her. “The album is almost done, we’re just making final cuts,” she said. “It’s just straight dance-pop records that I cannot wait to share with everybody. As Max is gearing up to release her debut album, the singer-songwriter is currently nominated for Best New Artist at the VMAs. Max is up against artists Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, H.E.R, and ROSALIA. Max has also recently been the musical guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she sang her hit single “So Am I”.
