The incredible singer-songwriter, Cherie Oakley, continues to impress us with her unbelievable talent. Featured on NBC’s The Voice Season 1, Oakley had the chance to work with Christina Aguilera.

Starting her singing career at the age of 6, Oakley has been singing ever since she can remember. She continued to sing background vocals for the likes of Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson, moving on to write her own music, which is due out later this year.

This week, we’re premiering Oakley’s cover of “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, a song and cover that we definitely can’t get enough of right now. Listen to Cherie Oakley soar through the chorus, her vocal talent shining with her country twist on the popular track. Oakley succeeds in the higher register, taking the track to new limits.
