Long Gone Gives Us “Change Your Mind”

Chicago-based pop punk trio Long Gone is back with another rockin’ single! This song is “an ode to rolling with the punches” – produced, mixed, and mastered by Roye Robley.

Band member Matt DeSchepper explained he wrote the song about someone he has strong feelings for and felt he needed to record and release it as soon as possible to let them know. Typically, DeSchepper procrastinates the process a bit to let the lyrics and melody sink in before recording.

The trio is composed of DeSchepper on vocals and guitar, Patrick Smith on guitar, as well, and Trevor Hancock on drums. The three balance each other out perfectly while collectively riding the same vibe wave.

With sticky guitar hooks, bold drums, and sing-along melodies, the band has created “Change Your Mind” – a summer jam, perfect to blast with the windows down. We’re pumped to see what’s next for them!
