New Music Friday: August 19, 2022

Happy Friday y’all! We’ve made it through another week. The weekend is here and we’ve got some new music from Bazzi, Ruel, Big Time Rush and more that’s perfect to kick off your relaxation or party. Check out our New Music Friday guide below!

“Somebody” – Sam Ryder

Combining soul and pop, Ryder sings of summer love saying it was inspired by fans and their joyful and kind support.

“Heaven” – Bazzi

Another glimpse at what is to come from his highly-anticipated album, the track is a perfect representation of getting lost with someone in the best way.

“YOU AGAINST YOURSELF” – Ruel

A completely different sound from Ruel’s usual softened production, this upbeat and euphoric track disguises the self-sabotaging lyrics.

“Dale Pa’ya” – Big Time Rush & Maffio

Wanting to make a latin dance track, BTR teamed up with the Dominican producer to bring us the perfect track for your next party.

“4 EVER 4 ME” – Demi Lovato

From her newest pop-rock album HOLY FVCK, Lovato brings a beautiful collection of strings to make this the perfect tempo rock love song.

“Best Friend” – Sammy Wilk

Brand new from the rising artists about complications of feeling for your best friend. The perfect song to vibe to, windows down, speakers loud.

“See The Light” – Stephan Sanchez

From his highly-anticipated debut EP Easy On My Eyes, acoustic guitar powers the new track as he sings of one of the main themes of his EP; the fear of love.

“Watching TV” – Sara Kays

An eager release from fans, Kays brings a simple yet heartbreaking track of an unexpected breakup.

“My G” – Aitch ft. Ed Sheeran

Teaming up with Sheeran, a more personal and vulnerable track, the Manchester rapper makes a tribute to his younger sister with Down Syndrome.

“Don’t Let The Light Go Out” – Panic! At The Disco

A more delicate and emotional track about loss and that you will definitely need tissues for.

Which of these will you be adding to your favorite playlists today? Any we missed?
