New Music Monday: British India

Beyond The Stage

Garage rock and indie rock, need we say more about this Australian band? British India is one of those bands that many of us never heard of especially here in the U.S since they have yet to tour here in America.

British India consist of lead sing Declan Melia, guitarist Nic Wilson, bassist Will Drummond, and drummer Matt O’Gorman. The members met while in high school and would cover songs by The Beatles, Blur, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

They later became the Australian opening act for Fall Out Boy’s tour in Australia in 2013 and opened for Imagine Dragons’ Australian tour in 2015.

One of the band’s most popular songs is: “I Can Make You Love Me”, which you should definitely download!
