Currently on their US Nightmare & Daydreams tour, ahead of an extensive world tour that kicks off in the fall, Against the Current stops by Sacramento giving it everything they’ve got.

It was electric from start to finish. The three piece pop-rock band consists of Will Ferri on drums, Dan Gow on guitar and vocalist Chrissy Costanza. Each one shines in their own regard, Will and Dan didn’t miss a beat the entire night. The draw and most awe-striking thing about an Against the Current show, is Chrissy’s voice, performance, and energy. She is everywhere and flying around the stage, conducting and infecting the crowd with her presence and energy. Each track showcasing her wide range and incredible vocal skills. It’s an absolute treat and spectacle to see this live.

It was a well balanced set that featured tracks throughout their discography. Fans heard their latest single “good guy,” as well as fan favorites as far back as “Wasteland” and “Gravity.” It was a powerful show from start to finish.
