Beyond The Stage

Whew! FVDED In The Park Festival was two jam-packed days of nonstop music. Thousands packed in to Holland Park to see their favorite artists perform. Some waited in line for over four hours before even getting in to the festival grounds – now that’s dedication. We caught two acts during night one that totally blew away our expectations.

A$AP Ferg

This man is crazy good at hyping up a crowd. Ferg is one of the most well respected rappers, and he’s part of the infamous A$AP Mob. You’ve definitely heard his song, Shabba. Everybody knew his set would end with the song. Thousands of people were jumping up and down yelling along. The energy was wild.

 

Future

Closing out the night was Future. There’s never a bad performance from him. Again, the mosh area was insane. Canadians sure know how to party during festival season. Future brought A$AP Ferg back out so they could perform their song, New Level , together. Everybody was dripping in sweat from all of the dancing.
