Indie hip-hop artist Willy P’s new single “Track Star” dropped today, November 11, and we couldn’t be more stoked about it! The Denver-based artist is known for his smooth sound, chill vibe and undeniable flow, and “Track Star” gives us exactly that.

Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio, Willy P is a self taught artist that writes, records, mixes and masters all of his own music right from his bedroom. However, his career doesn’t stop there. Willy P is also earning a degree at The University of Denver in Global Environmental Sustainability, where he is focusing on Climate Change, Environmental Security and Conflict Resolution. With his passion to make the world a better place, Willy P is destined for greatness.

You may have heard Willy P’s breakthrough single “Day by Day” which was dropped back in September. It landed the number one placement on Fresh Finds and Fresh Finds Indie on Spotify and New in Alternative and New in Pop on Apple Music.

Like “Day by Day”, “Track Star” is bound to be a hit. Teaming up with producer Peter Kuli, Willy P gives us a feel-good song, allowing listeners an inside look into his mind. He stresses the importance of staying true to himself while he embarks on his journey as an artist and manifests his dreams. I think we can all see that so far, he’s doing an amazing job!
