Nearing the end of tour celebrating the release of their latest album, Future Shine, flor stopped in Berkeley and performed to a crowd of superfans that packed the Cornerstone on a Monday night.

Wasting no time, the group launched into their latest release “Every Night,” a track that originally didn’t make the Future Shine album but was later released as a single and bonus song. The song was instantly a hit with fans, and made even more obvious as the crowd danced and sang along to every word.

The entire show was like this. Coming off tours with artists such as The Band CAMINO, flor has been amassing fans and becoming a prominent staple in the indie pop genre. Their songs are infectious, and that is only amplified when the band is performed live to a room full of their own fans.

The 75 minute set was packed with songs from Future Shine, and of course fan favorite tracks from the rest of their discography. It was a party from start to finish. Fans shouted back the lyrics to every song played, all while flor looked back on the crowd with the largest smiles. The tour may be coming to a close, but it’s obvious how much this run and these fans have meant to flor on each stop along the way. Both fans, and the band themselves, can’t wait to get back out there and do it all again.
