Foster The People Announce Album Release Shows in NYC and LA, Share New Single: Listen

Foster The People have announced a pair of live shows. The band, fronted by Mark Foster, will perform at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom next month on Monday, August 12. They will then travel across the United States to play another show at The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday, August 14. Tickets for those shows are available now and purchasing information can be found here.

According to a press statement, these concerts will be album release shows supporting Foster The People’s upcoming fourth studio album Paradise State of Mind. The LP will come out Friday, August 16 via Atlantic Records. It will be the first full-length Foster The People release since 2017’s Sacred Hearts Club. The pop band will also play at Austin City Limits on October 4 and October 11.

Additionally, Foster The People shared the third single from Paradise State of Mind, a three-and-a-half minute song called “Chasing Low Vibrations.” Listen to the new track here. Two other new singles from the record, “Take Me Back” and “Lost In Space,” came out earlier this year.
