Rocket Announce Debut Album ‘R is for Rocket’ and Share New Single “Wide Awake”

 

Los Angeles band Rocket have announced their highly anticipated debut album: R is for Rocket is due out October 3 on Transgressive. The group signed to the label earlier this year and have already shared several new singles, “Crossing Fingers” and “One Million Years.” Today, the band also shared a new song called “Wide Awake.” All three of the band’s recent releases will appear on R is for Rocket. R is for Rocket is about relationships, the most important part of life; relationships with your friends, your parents, your girlfriend or boyfriend, and most importantly your relationship with yourself,” the band collectively said in a statement. “‘Wide Awake’ is the perfect balance of all the elements of this record, after years in the making and countless versions, we’re excited to finally share it.”
