Billie Eilish is releasing something new, but this time, it isn’t a song. Her first ever fragrance “Eilish” will be debuting this November and she, along with her fans, couldn’t be more thrilled about it!
Since she was little, Eilish has always had a fascination with scents and dreamed of making her own. She has a love for vanilla and describes it to smell like love and warmth. Naturally, her perfume had to emulate just that.
In addition to vanilla, her fragrance includes notes of amber and musk. She wanted to create a cozy scent- one that reminds us of Christmas. Having synesthesia causes Eilish to associate color with smells and through this, she found most joy with warm-colored scents. She feels her fragrance resembles something of caramel or velvet.
Being a vegan, Eilish made sure to use vegan, cruelty-free and clean ingredients, as well.
The design for her bottle is an abstract bust, all in gold. She made it with hopes of appealing to all body types, and promoting positive body image.
Eilish has always felt a sense of nostalgia with scents, associating smells with specific memories or times in her life. She hopes she can create the same for others with her new fragrance.
