Jockstrap Announces “I Love You Jennifer B” Remix Album, Share New Single

Jockstrap announced Tuesday that a remix LP of their 2023 Mercury Prize nominated album I Love You Jennifer B is on the way. The record is called I<3UQTINVU (pronounced “I Love You Cutie I Envy You”), the group shared in an Instagram post. It will be released on November 3 via Rough Trade.

The remixes are made by Jockstrap member Taylor Skye. Skye and bandmate Georgia Ellery also shared a single from the remix album called “Red Eye.” It features Ian Starr and was released with a music video. Watch it below.

Jockstrap starts the second leg of a United States tour later in September. The first run ended in July with two appearances at Pitchfork Music Festival, including a sold-out after-party at Lincoln Hall.

The group placed as a finalist for the Mercury Prize last week. The award honors the best album released by an English or Irish artist. This year’s award was given to Ezra Collective.
