Miguel Fasa Releases “Searching For You”

Two-time winner of the California Music Video & Film Award for Best Male Solo Artist, Miguel Fasa released his fifth new single of 2020 this morning. “Searching for You” is an electronic pop song inspired by dreams of his fantasy woman.

“‘Searching for You’ is about that perfect someone we all envision in our minds, destined to be our soulmates…and realizing the person might only exist in our dreams.”

The track is the last single he will release in 2020 prior to the release of his upcoming EP dropping in early 2021. Earlier this year, he released “Dr. Dr.” which has been streamed over 467 thousand times on Spotify. The music video has over 2.7 million views on YouTube, his highest amount of views on his channel, helping it become his most successful song to date.

Fasa’s original songs have been featured in soundtracks for feature films worldwide, including on the Lifetime and LMN channels. His growing acting career also keeps him busy. He most recently had a small role in the Oscar-winning film Once Upon a Time… In Hollywood with big names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie.

He is currently hard at work finalizing the upcoming second EP. While he enjoys his acting work, Fasa feels very connected to and passionate about his songwriting.

“I love acting, but my music is from my heart. With music, when you first figure out an amazing melody and it’s YOURS, that’s incredible. Acting is not mine; it’s a character that someone else wrote. Music is all mine.”
