Fresh off the release of his debut album Different World, EDM sensation Alan Walker and his vibrant live show gave Eugene’s McDonald Theatre a show for the books. A college town, Eugene is known for having a large population of EDM lovers, and they showed up in droves to see the DJ extraordinaire. Palpable energy filled the room as the crowd waited anxiously to forget their worries, and dance the world away.
Performing a combination of remixes such as Sia’s “Move Your Body”, as well as original tracks like “Darkside”, “All Falls Down”, and of course, the mega successful “Faded”, every second of the show was a nonstop dance party. The flurry of colorful lights lit up hundreds of concert goers, perfectly complimenting the onslaught of infectious EDM. Fans came decked out in their finest rave apparel, complete with colors, sparkles, and even Alan Walker’s signature mouth covering masks.
