Known and loved for his time on Nickelodeon’s Drake and Josh, Drake Bell set out on a U.S. tour to meet and sing for his fans across the country. Making a stop in Portland, Oregon, Drake Bell was greeted by an excited and adoring crowd that packed the room.
Drake Bell set out to perform for each and every crowd on this tour, but above all he is traveling to hang out and meet his fans. He has a setlist and songs picked out to play, but strays from it through fan suggestions and technical issues. Due to technical difficulties of his amp, Drake Bell played a cover of “Short People” on is keyboard as a mic was set up. Someone from the front of the crowd requested he play a cover of Oasis’ “Wonderwall,” to which he rolled his eyes, smiled and played the first half. Often getting distracted by stories or talking with the audience, Drake Bell obviously was having the time of his on stage.
In an intimate setting and on stage solo with only a guitar and keyboard, Drake Bell performed songs heard from his show Drake and Josh, his own solo songs post-show, covers from artists like Elvis Presley, The Beatles and even a cover of Lil Pump’s “Gucci Gang.” The biggest cheers, of course, from the crowd came when he performed the theme song from Drake and Josh – “I Found A Way.” It was a nostalgic and fun night that brought everyone in the room back to their childhood days, and definitely a night everyone will remember.
