Expectations was only just released in March and her career seems to be getting better and better as the shows go by. With the release of the “What I Need” video with Kehlani, breaking the internet was just her start.

When seeing artists perform, especially the genre that Kiyoko writes, we not only want to hear, but we want to see. Kiyoko brought an incredible stage presence with her hype and dancing. To see somebody so happy on stage, sharing something so personal, it makes this industry a little more hopeful for us as fans to create from just that.

Kiyoko has always been known for her visuals and artistic takes on relationships. Performing or portraying an album such as Expectations definitely comes natural and she delivered something that was relatable.

Expectations is one of our all time favorite records from this year because of the emotion. The album tour lived up to everything that we believed it would.
