PHOTOS: Home of The Strange Tour – Austin, TX – 2/10/17
A line of excited fans wrapped around the block of the legendary venue, Stubbs, in Austin, Texas. The fans were anticipating the second sold out show of Young the Giant and Lewis Del Mar. Fans packed the venue as soon as they were let in. Lewis Del mar opened the show and their Austin fanbase were there to sing along with them. Young the Giant took to the stage soon after, giving the audience a non-stop, energetic show. Kicking things off with “Jungle Youth” and “Something to Believe In,” the energy was high in the venue. Lead singer Sameer Gadhia was showing off his best dance moves. The band played songs from their older albums and their newest one “Home of The Strange.” They ended the set with “My Body,” a fan favorite, that got everybody off their feet and singing at the top of their lungs.
