They Are Gutting a Body of Water Share New Single, Release Lineup for Julia’s War Fest 2025

Philadelphia experimental rock group They Are Gutting a Body of Water has shared their latest single. “AMERICAN FOOD” is a new release, out today, in partnership between the band’s Julia’s War label, Smoking Room and ATO Records. The song comes with a music video. Scroll down to watch it.

In addition, TAGABOW has gathered some of the best names in modern hardcore, shoegaze, experimental and progressive rock for their annual Julia’s War Fest happening this July in Philadelphia. The full lineup is out today and can be viewed below.

Julia’s War Fest will be held on July 18, 19, and 20 in Philadelphia at Ukie Club. This year’s featured artists include Chanel Beads, NAH, Draag, MSPAINT, Bedridden and others. Though not all of these bands are from Philadelphia, it seems a rather appropriate place to host the festival. The city has become a hotbed for experimental rock music over the past decade.
